Buyer License Terms

Version 2026-10-23-v1

1. What the license gives you

A license lets you use the version of the song you picked, in sync with the one project and channel you named at checkout, for the use you picked.

It lasts for that production for as long as the production exists, unless the license page says otherwise.

The use you picked is the use covered. Any other use needs another license.

2. What it does not give you

You may not sell, rent, lend, give away or sublicense the license or the song.

You may not post, sell or share the song as audio on its own, apart from your production.

You may not claim the song as yours. The artist and any co-owners keep every right in it.

You may not register the song with a claim system such as Content ID, or file a claim on it.

You may not use the song to train, tune or test any AI or machine learning model.

You may not use the song for any use the song page says is not covered, or any use the artist ruled out for the song.

3. The band you pick

Some prices depend on the reach of your channel or the size of your company. You pick the band that fits and you confirm it when you pay.

Picking a lower band than fits is a breach of these terms. We may ask you to show your numbers. If you picked a band that was too low, we may ask you to pay the difference, or we may end the license.

4. Claims and Content ID

The song page tells you, in the artist's words, whether the song is registered with a claim system.

If a claim lands on your video because of this song, send us your license number and the link to the video. We will help get it cleared with the artist.

5. Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of buying, if you have not downloaded the files.

You can also ask for one if you paid twice for the same license, if the artist broke their promise that the song is theirs and human-made, or if a claim on a song registered with a claim system is not released within 30 days.

Other sales are final.

A refund, full or partial, ends the license.

6. What you pay

You pay the artist's price plus a platform fee and payment processing. You see the total before you pay, and the artist gets their price in full.

7. Who is who

The artist, with any co-owners, is the licensor. IRL Applications LLC d/b/a AllDefiant runs the store. TipJar Live LLC handles payments.

8. The public check page

Every license has a public check page at alldefiant.com/v/your-number. It shows the song, the artist, the use and the date, and whether the license is valid. It shows your handle only if you choose that at checkout.

9. Who can buy

For now, licenses are open to buyers in the US paying with a US card.

10. Ending a license

We may end a license that was bought with a false statement, or used outside these terms. A license that is refunded or ended is no longer valid.
